Procedures of setting up a new Hong Kong limited company

1. After completing the form, please fax or mail the copies of the Hong Kong Identity Card or passport of the company shareholders, director and company secretary and address proof to our company;
2. we will contact clients to check if all the required information is ready;
3. check if the chosen company name can be used;
4. clients can choose to pay by cash or deposit to our bank account;
5. we will prepare all the required documents well in one working day;
6. clients can choose to sign the documents in person or we can send the documents to the address assigned by clients (clients need to pay the courier fee if the place is in special region) but clients need to arrange to sign the documents themselves and send back to our company along with the remaining payment by cash or cheque;
7. we will send the related documents and payment to Companies Registry to get approval;
8. Companies Registry will need 5 working days to examine and approve the documents before issuing the Company Certificate of Incorporation;
9. after receiving the certificate, we will need about 3 working days to follow up other application procedures. We will call back clients to get back the related documents after finished;
10. clients can open bank accounts by the certified copies of the registered documents and minutes record provided by us.
